Tw o eggs, hashbrowns with onion, toast, black coffee. Hashbrowns are seasoned with salt, black pepper, red pepper, and cayenne. Toast is dry.

Add some sage, rosemary, chile pepper paprika and fresh crushed  garlic to the hashbrowns and you’ll be gtg.

I give it a solid Chevy Impala. Not exciting but a work horse of a breakfast. Thanks for the post inspiration. I just posted my dinner (I'm in the UK today).

Solid breakfast. Add a bit of butter to the toast for maximum breakfasting. Maybe some jelly, if you're feeling frisky . 8/10.

Could be better, could be worse, but what’s there looks like it’s  tasty as long as those yolks are runny. Buttered toast would kick it up a notch.

My wife would give it a 4/5. Needs Sriracha, sour cream, and butter.

I would give it a 2 /5. I need some sweetness in that coffee, prefer my eggs scrambled, wheat toast with butter, love onions but not first thing in the morning.

Wait, where does the sour cream go? I’m not really a fan of sriracha, it tastes... weird. I dunno how to describe it.

I love onions. Whenever I eat scrambled eggs, I toss in about 1/4 of a white onion that I’ve caramelized . I usually cook an onion on the weekend then throw it in with other stuff throughout the week. Love me some onion.
